WITS is a non-profit society dedicated to ending bullying and peer victimization in schools and among children and youth. It is also working on projects to promote kindness and inclusion and acceptance of differences between young people. Differences can be physical, cultural, or political. WITS programs are run in schools across Canada including all provinces and territories for indigenous and non-indigenous students in both official languages: French and English. It is also run in other countries including the USA, in Europe and in Asia. WITS hosts an annual Pink Shirt Day broadcast that simultaneously reaches thousands of students across Canada on two days. The show is hosted by youth and youth leaders from across the country.
